Purposeful Communication

Communication is one of the most important keys to success in the workplace and in personal relationships. What message are you really sending? In this workshop, you’ll discover ways to communicate more effectively and con-fidently in any situation. We will address verbal as well as non-verbal (body language) communications. 
Tailor your message to achieve agreement. Maintain composure and control in the heat of the moment by handling conflict positively and with less stress. Communicate clearly and directly. Present your ideas so they get ac-cepted and acted on. Learn the difference between talking and being heard. Learn all the skills required to be an active listener.


Generational Differences
